RESTAURANT INFORMATION

The Ivy Marlow Garden dress code is Smart Casual. We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant. However, Registered Assistance Dogs are of course welcome. The Ivy Marlow Garden has accessible access to the main restaurant and restricted access facilities.

Due to demand and changes in Government regulations, guests are now able to book our outdoor tables.

Please do note that should the weather change, we unfortunately aren’t able to guarantee a table inside. We will always accommodate you inside if there is availability but this is not guaranteed. We recommend calling our reservations team if it is due to rain to check if there is availability inside.

We currently have heaters on the terrace. We recommend dressing warmly outside as we approach the winter months.

Please note our reservations diary is open twelve months in advance. Reservations phone lines are open between 9am-6pm, seven days a week. Should you wish to manage your reservation outside these times, please call 01628 902 777 and you will be transferred directly to the restaurant.

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however these are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of book ing.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day

We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.

Our nearest parking is Institute Road Car Park located on Institute Road – SL7 1BJ (2 minutes’ walk from the restaurant).

Our Afternoon Tea is served from 3-5pm on a daily basis, with the last reservations at 4.45pm. If you would like to book for Afternoon Tea please specify at the time of the booking. Please note that we offer vegetarian options, however a Gluten Free Afternoon Tea is not available in our restaurant. Unfortunately guests are unable to bring in their own cakes however should you wish to have a Celebration Cake, please call us at least 48hrs prior to your reservation and we would be delighted to assist.

Our bar areas are not in operation due to social distancing. We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the time of their booking as our bar area will not be currently operating as a waiting space.

We do not allow any party decorations in the restaurant such as balloons, banners, confetti and glitter. Should you wish to have a celebration cake, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation and we would be delighted to assist.
